We've all experienced it: You swipe to end the Lyft, fistbump your passenger goodbye, and as the door falls shut behind them you notice something laying on their seat. An iPhone. A purse. A really cool hat. Whatever it is, you've got a lost item that needs to be returned. So what do you do?
Fear not! We're thrilled to announce our new live chat feature that will allow you to reach our Support Team and return lost items to passengers as quickly as possible. The next time a rider leaves something in your car:
1. Head to the Lyft Help Center at Lyft.com/Help and look for this link:
2. Click the link and on the next page our live chat box will automatically pop up, connecting you to our Support Team instantly. That's it!
