Meet Our New Help Center — With Answers So Fast, They Might Get Speeding Tickets

September 8, 2014

Typically, you have questions and we have answers. As of today, you have the answers, too! (Just about all of ’em.) We’re excited to introduce a new version of Lyft’s Help Center that puts those answers at your fingertips, whether you’re behind the wheel or in the passenger seat. And we're giving your fingertips some options: Visit the Help Center via your Driver Portal on your phone, on your computer, or by visiting lyft.com/drive/help.

The Help Center didn’t just get a facelift. It also has a whole lot of new content, making it as resourceful as you are.

Get an Answer Quickly

Have something specific in mind? Search for a topic by typing in the ‘Ask a question’ bar, and you’ll see suggested answers to your question.

Just looking to learn? Awesome — we’re all about education around here.

Start browsing by clicking one of the super-popular topics listed under ‘How can we help you?’ You can even read every Lyft article (ever!) by clicking ‘View all articles.’ Doing so has been rumored to give you superhero-like powers.

Now We’re a Team

We’re always here to help! (Literally — support is answering emails 24/7.) By clicking ‘Contact us,’ you can send your question our way. The updated design helps us help you by being as detailed as possible.

Instead of just sending an email, you’ll choose a topic, and then an even more specific sub-topic. The Help Center will suggest articles in real time that might be able to assist you.

We’re committed to making sure the Help Center is … well, helpful. This design will find you comprehensive answers quickly, and provide the details we need to help you out if the answer isn’t already there.

Now, who’s up for a game of Lyft Jeopardy?
