From the launch of Lyft’s new driver loyalty program to our impact on the sharing economy, here’s your top Lyft news for the week.
Partnership with Dress for Success
In honor of National Women’s Day, we will be donating up to 1,000 free rides to ensure reliable transportation to job interviews for the nonprofit organization Dress for Success. For each interviewing tip shared on social media with #RidesToSuccess, Lyft will donate a free ride, so don’t forget to chime in.
Introducing Accelerate: Lyft’s Driver Loyalty Program
From tier 1 to tier 3, Fast Company digs into our Accelerate driver rewards program, which offers drivers the ability to unlock perks such as over-the-phone support and discounts.
SoCal Airport Welcomes Lyft
We can operate at John Wayne Airport in Orange County. Drivers must obtain permits before they can pick up passengers, and a fee of $2.25 will be applied to each ride.
The Sharing Economy Raises the Bar for Customer Service
Lyft attracts drivers and passengers to share a connection via emotionally-engaging experiences and allows them to participate in community. As a result, firms with traditional business models have been inspired to change their traditional approach to customer experience.
