Calling all social media-lovers: Lyft's Support team is now also on Twitter. Follow @AskLyft for product updates, pro tips, and another way to stay in touch with HQ.
It's a new tool for finding answers to your questions, like:
“Who invented the Carstache?”
“How long has Lyft been in my city?”
“What new referral programs have you introduced recently?”
The Help Center hasn’t gone anywhere — you can continue using our tried-and-true Help Center in addition to @AskLyft. Here’s a quick recap on your resources:
- Help Center articles, for reading detailed explanations of how Lyft works.
- The "Contact us" form, to reach out to us via direct email for personal questions about your account.
- The Critical Response Line, which is only to be used for emergencies.
- @AskLyft, for pro tips and answers to your questions.
Follow @AskLyft to start using this new tool. We'll see you in the #Twitterverse.
