In January, we announced that 10 new drivers from the US and Canada had been selected to represent their communities in our National Driver Advisory Council in 2019. We are excited to share that we are expanding the DAC program to include Local councils in more than 40 additional cities. The new councils will join Houston, Detroit, and Las Vegas, where we opened local Driver Advisory Councils last year.
Our Driver Advisory Council program is designed to bring grassroots driver feedback directly to Lyft, and help us make better business decisions that improve the driver experience. Check out what The Rideshare Guy has to say about the impact of Lyft’s DAC program since its launch in 2016.
With this expansion, we look forward to bringing even more diverse driver voices to our field teams and corporate headquarters in San Francisco. DAC members enjoy a close relationship with Lyft to help us stay connected with the driver community, generate innovative ideas, and share feedback to help improve the driver experience. We look forward to all the ways we can work together to support drivers in the future.
We are accepting applications until March 13, 2019 for Local DACs in cities like Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Miami, San Antonio, Los Angeles, Toronto and many more.
You are the right fit for the DAC if you answer “Yes” to all these questions:
