We want you to feel as supported as possible when you’re on the road — and now you can find help right in the latest version of the Lyft Driver app. Thanks to your feedback, there are two new in-app support resources: ride history and the ‘Get help’ button.
In-App Ride History
After every ride, you’ll now be able to see a ride breakdown that displays your route and fare details. Simply tap the ‘Earnings’ tab in the Lyft Driver app, then select the ride in question. You’ll see a full route and fare breakdown.
Similar to the ‘Driving History’ section of your Driver Dashboard, your fare details will include all tolls, tips, incentives, and any applicable fees, including cancellation fees. (Prime Time is coming soon!)
In-App Help For Common Concerns
You’ll also see a new ‘Get help’ button under each ride breakdown.
To start, this immediate support will focus on the top three concerns we’ve heard from drivers:
Rides that ended early
We’ll continue to add more support, and keep you updated with new categories. As always, if you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, try the Help Center.
Two More Things to Know
You’ll be able to see in-app ride history for all rides given in the past three weeks. To view ride history for older rides, visit your Driver Dashboard.
These new support resources are only available in the latest version of the Lyft Driver app. If you can’t see them, try updating the app.
