Honoring Black History
To celebrate Black History Month, we added Black Girls CODE to our list of Round Up & Donate causes, so passengers can opt in to round up their fares to the nearest dollar and donate the difference to Black Girls CODE.
Line rides are now more accessible to passengers who rely on commuter benefits to get around. Everywhere Line is available, passengers can pay for shared rides with their pre-tax commuter benefits.
In Oakland, California, the infamous Lyft rapper made headlines for his latest collaboration: Lyft passengers. He asks them to choose a theme and a style of music, then makes up a song on the spot and freestyles the rest of the ride.
And in Chicago, a Lyft driver opened up about the joy she gets from her conversations with passengers.
