Consent to a Free Background Check
Due to new regulations, Massachusetts Lyft drivers now need to pass a second background check. The good news: All you need to do is sign this consent form by Wednesday, Jan. 4, and we’ll do the rest.
The form authorizes us to coordinate your state background check with the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU). They’ll let you know when it’s complete, but you can keep driving in the meantime.
Thanks for helping us stay compliant in Massachusetts.
