Three Tips for Taking the Perfect Driver Photo

Did you take your driver profile photograph during Movember? If your driver photo isn’t making the perfect first impression on passengers, follow these simple steps to add a new picture to your profile.

Want your passengers to recognize your new haircut?

  1. Find good lighting. Avoid direct sunlight (that makes you squint), patterned shadows, and photos taken inside your car.
  2. Smile! Remember: This is the photo your passenger see on the tip screen.
  3. Include your shoulders and the top of your head in the frame. Grab a friend or family member to take the photo for you — selfies tend to cut you out of the frame.
Head and shoulders, please. Knees and toes not needed.
