What if my passenger wants to make multiple stops?
That’s cool with us! You’re paid for the entire time and distance of each ride, from when you Tap to Arrive through when you end the ride in-app. Changing destinations, GPS routes, and extra stops will all be factored in. See the Q&A thread ≫
What’s 'donation threshold'?
You’ll notice that in the ‘Settings’ section of your Driver Portal. It was relevant when passengers paid for Lyft rides with donations, but now that all cities have graduated to rate-based payment systems, it has no effect. Set it to whatever you’d like! See the Q&A thread ≫
Will you send me year-end totals for my stats, like mileage and time in driver mode?
Yep. You’ll get a summary at the end of each calendar year. You can also always pull up the last 30 days’ worth of weekly and daily driver summaries in your Driver Portal. See the Q&A thread ≫
