Here are some tips to help you meet you earning goals and keep your rating high:
1. Drive at the right place at the right time
High-end restaurants, upscale shopping areas, entertainment districts, and airports are a great place to start. Try Friday and Saturday nights, as well as any time after major concerts and sporting events.
2. Keep your vehicle looking great
Passengers who choose a premium ride appreciate a premium experience. Be sure to keep your vehicle clean — inside and out.
3. Check in with your passenger
From starting the ride with a friendly greeting to asking about your rider’s music and A/C preferences, taking care of the small details makes a big difference.
4. Go above and beyond
Helping passengers with their bags and giving them the inside scoop on local hotspots (if they’re visiting from out-of-town) are easy ways to elevate a ride from four stars to five.
